EDCONTOKYO 2024, to be held from 26-30 July 2024 in Yoyogi National Stadium in Tokyo, has announced that this year admission will be completely free.

This change is aimed at sharing EDCON's values of 'innovation, inclusion, and open source collaboration' with a wider audience. It is hoped that drawing a broader, more diverse range of participants, including those new to the world of Web3, will foster new and more novel collaborations.

EDCON is one of the world's largest Ethereum events, bringing together prominent entrepreneurs, engineers, and investors from the web3 industry for discussion and collaboration on the future of web3.

Speakers include Vitalik Buterin, founder of Ethereum, and Keisuke Honda, former Japanese national football team player and co-founder of X&KSK.
