DAIZ, a startup that develops and manufactures "Miracle Meat," a plant meat derived from sprouted soybeans, has concluded a capital and business alliance with Roquette, a French company that is a world leader in plant-derived raw materials.

Through this, the two companies intend to deepen their long-term collaboration with a view to further increasing the value of plant-derived raw materials through joint research, building an overseas production system for DAIZ's plant meat raw material "Miracle Meat," and supplying plant-based foods — such as meat, fish, and milk substitutes — overseas.DAIZ and Roquette will leverage the strengths of both companies to create innovative and sustainable plant-based ingredients to meet growing global demand.
