Sanko Inn, a hotel chain in the Tokai region, opened a bus-themed room at its Ise location. The room is equipped with the real driver's seat of a bus that has been running in the area for 20 years, with a monitor playing footage from the bus’ route. Guests can sit in the driver's seat and operate the steering wheel, turn signals, and side brakes.
The bus-themed concept is limited to one room. Decorations include signboards and bus stops, as well as sofas and cushions made from bus seat materials.
A Sanko Inn representative said, "We are also considering preparing driver's uniforms for children. There are also various secret tricks in the rooms, so we hope you will find them!”
