Shizuoka Prefecture began trial operations of their on-demand transit service, Mobi. Users reserve rides on public busses and taxis via LINE or a dedicated app, with the fare set at 500 yen per ride, or 1,000 yen for unlimited rides for one day. Coupon tickets and 30-day flat-rate plans are also offered. Passengers receive special offers such as discounts on food and beverages.
