Shinjuku startup Guidable provides a job service for foreign residents in Japan with the aim of creating a multinational society in Japan.

180,000 individual users and 3,000 companies are registered on their ‘Guidable Jobs’ site to seek and offer foreign-friendly employment positions within Japan, with its sister site ‘Guidable Japan’ collecting useful information for international people interested in moving to Japan.

Masaki Tanabe, president of the company, focuses on supporting the lives of foreigners in Japan and promoting diversity.  

Along with the increase in the number of foreigners in Japan, there is a need to work toward the realization of a multicultural society, and Guidable is playing a part in this effort.
