Japanese esport startup ASH WINDER has raised approximately $5 million in a private placement of shares with an overseas investment firm.

The company is an esports entertainment company that produces esports content, operates large-scale esports facilities, and promotes Multi-Channel Network (MCN) content.

The funding will be used to expand the company's existing businesses, including event planning and management, esports facility development, and talent management.
