Baseconnect, a provider of corporate information databases for sales activities, closed a Series B round led by Z Venture Capital, a subsidiary of Softbank, raising ¥5.4 billion.

Baseconnect provides a database of corporate information covering information on 1.4 million companies in Japan, and supports the digitization of corporate sales and the creation of new businesses.
