LexxPluss, a developer of automated transport robot systems for the manufacturing and logistics industries, has raised 1.45 billion yen in order to expand operations into the United States.

The company's automated guided vehicle is a robot that combines AMR technology, which can autonomously detect and bypass obstacles, and AGV technology, which repeats a predetermined task based on prior commands, similar to the automatic driving of a car.

The company established a U.S. subsidiary in February 2023 to promote product development in the United States.
