GROWTH INDUSTRY CONFERENCE (GRIC), which advocates "Shifting Japan's Startup Ecosystem to have a Global Perspective," is one of the largest annual hybrid global startup conferences in Japan. With over 120 investors from around the world (including over 30 international investors), it has attracted over 8,000 registrations last year.
As a spin-off event of GRIC, we are pleased to welcome Ms. Shiho Watabe, CEO of Shibuya Startups Inc., and Ms. Eriko Suzuki, Board Member of Tokyo Women in VC. Together, we will explore how to break biases in Japan's startup ecosystem and society concerning Diversity & Inclusion, drawing on real examples witnessed by Mr. Bill Liao abroad.
